Navigating nutrition and lifestyle changes needed after a medical diagnosis, reviewing current symptoms, defining gaps in nutrition or defining overall health and/or fitness goals. If you are struggling with high blood pressure, weight gain/loss, digestive issues, overall fatigue or just not feeling not yourself, I am here for you. I also provide support if you are looking to take your fitness to the next level with improved nutrition and wellness practices. Focusing on the 5 main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual we can work together to create a wellness road map to help your body and mind perform at its peak!

Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! I incorporate strategies into my practice that include defining what your body is telling you but also what your mind and soul are asking for. During our sessions we will define your goals, review your nutrition needs and create your unique wellness program for whole body health.

About Me and My Approach
How I Can Help
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners. I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) and avid marathon runner. I have coached swimming and running throughout my life. I am truly passionate about knowing how food fuels us and support us in accomplishing our goals. Nothing gets me more excited than encouraging others along their wellness journey. I have been able to support and implement health plans that center around the mind body connection. A healthy body leads you to a healthier mind.
I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and help you to realize all aspects of your true self by being the healthiest and happiest you can be. I believe that our nutrition can heal, prevent and reverse certain issues that our bodies and minds are experiencing and allow our bodies to work they way they were intended. Together we will look at the symptoms you are experiencing or define where you want to see your fitness and nutrition and break down what steps we need to take to get you where you want to be. This includes looking at the whole picture of what makes you... YOU. We will define a wellness road map that encompasses nutrition and wellness practices that will fulfill what YOUR body is asking for. Everyone is unique and there are so many aspects to what makes us work, and not a singular answer when things are not working the way we would expect. Diving into your health practices and lifestyle we will paint the picture of where you are and where you would like to be.
My own wellness journey has been the catalyst behind the creation of Involve Your Body. I want to share the gift of living a healthy life! It’s time to start nurturing your body, mind and soul so that you can feel and look your absolute best.
